Martin Delfín, who worked on The Ranger and earned an Associate of Arts degree in 1981, produces the Latin American news pages for El País English edition and also specializes in national security issues and the U.S. federal court system.
Delfín previously worked for The San Juan Star in Puerto Rico and The Daily Journal in Caracas, Venezuela, and has reported for Voice of America.
His weekly political column “Memo from Madrid” is published in The News of Málaga, Spain. He is also a frequent panelist on Radio Exterior de España's ¨Otros acentos¨ programme.
Delfín and his Jack Russell, Toby, have been living in Madrid since 2005.
