Former student and husband start bimonthly magazine

Former student Angela Covo and her husband, Fred Covo, launched a bimonthly magazine, Edible San Antonio, on Sept. 14, 2013.  Angela Covo is editor and Fred Covo is publisher.

According to its website, "Edible San Antonio Magazine celebrates the bounty and local food culture of South Central Texas every season. The publication focuses on the people: the chefs, farmers, vintners and food artisans who live and work the land."  The magazine is distributed at many locations in Bexar County and is part of a larger group of Edible publications called edible Communities.
